1. Can I get some samples for quality test?
A: Yes, samples are always ready to be delivered for customers to
test the qualtiy. For EU customers, samples will be delivered from
our Belgium office, for USA customers, samples will be delivered
from our LA office.
2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally, we use TT, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before
shipment. L/C at sight is also accepted. For other payment terms
can be negotiated.
3. What’s the lead time?
A: It usually takes about 15-35 working days for bulk order. For
small order, 5-10 working days will be ok, depending on the order
qty.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Usually we do FOB Shenzhen, but other delivery terms can also be
negotiated.
5. How do you ship the goods?
A: We ship samples by EMS, TNT, DHL or Fedex, for bulk orders they
will be shipped by sea.
